Dear Offeror, The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) in Washington, DC and Gulfport, MS, are seeking establishment of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract for The Armed Forces Retirement Home has a requirement of an Operational Assessment (Mock Survey) to be conducted in accordance with current Joint Commission standards, for Ambulatory Care, Home Care, Nursing Care, Life Safety/Environment of Care and Assisted Living services to the Armed Forces Retirement Home. This Mock Survey will also need to provide an Overall Facility Review of procedures, practices, and an assessment of, as it relates to, clinical and safety processes. as described in the following solicitation Request for Proposal (RFP): 20342324R00005 . This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract to the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable offeror. The FFP task order will include one (1), 6-month Base Period, with a period of performance from award date through 6 months. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) describes the required tasks for this solicitation. This document outlines the required documents for submission as well as outlines the evaluation process. This requirement will be solicited utilizing NAICS code 541611: Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS Interested offerors shall email questions to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the subject line “Questions for 20342324R00005 - Mock Survey, Attn: JRSmith/GLJohnson” due no later than 10:00 AM EST on Thursday, 06/06/2024. Proposals are due no later than 10:00 AM EST Wednesday, 06/12/2024, and must follow these instructions: Use Microsoft Office compatible files or Adobe PDF. Other file extensions will not be accepted. In addition to the proposals for all requirements, all information required in the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your proposals. Completion of Attachment A Pricing Worksheet is required for all proposals submissions. Refer to the PWS for details on how to calculate pricing for your quote.
