Second Site Visit will be on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 10:00am (EST). Questions from interested contractors are due on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 2:00pm (EST). Proposals are due on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at 2:00pm (EST).* The Bureau of the Fiscal Service Division of Procurement Services, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Washington DC (AFRH-W), is soliciting for Elevator Renovations/Replacements and related services for the Stanley Chapel and Sheridan Building. Services performed shall be in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement(PWS). This is a total Small Business set-aside. Attached Wage Determination applies. Proposals in response to this solicitation shall be submitted in writing in accordance with the Instructions to Offerors herein. All Potential Offers who want consideration/eligibility to quote SHALL attend the site-visit. Potential Offerors who did not attend the site-visit will not be considered for award. Site Visit Date: Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 10:00 am EST. No questions shall be asked or addressed at the site visit.
