The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire Elevator Replacement services for the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) campus (Stanley Chapel) in Washington, DC, as a small-business set-aside. The Bureau of the Fiscal Service - Division of Procurement Services, on behalf of the AFRH, is issuing this Request for Proposal #20342320R00004. Services shall be performed in accordance with the attached RFP supporting documents. This RFP is anticipated to result in a Firm-Fixed Price Contract with potential IDIQ Optional Task/Material CLIN(s). This solicitation is a total Small Business set-aside. Contractors shall provide pricing for a base period of approximately 9 months (270 days for task completion per the PWS), and in accordance with the attached RFP documents. The attached documents also provide details of the required Site Visit, established written Questions period, and the proposal due date.
