The purpose of the Amendment 0002 attachment is to provide Agency responses to additional (late)vendor questions. The purpose of this solicitation is to procure Pharmacy and Related Services for the AFRH in Washington, DC., per the attached documents. The AFRH has the requirement for Pharmacy Services for the residents of the AFRH. The contractor must also provide ancillary services required to abide by all state and federal standards and AFRH policies and Operational Instructions. The contractor shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with regard to Pharmaceuticals. The contractor shall perform in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Resident population includes Long Term Care, Memory Support, Assisted Living, Independent Living Plus, and Independent Living. Total estimated population at the Washington Facility is described herein. The period of performance shall be for an eight-month base period and four 12-month option periods. This is a Small Business set-aside. The purpose of Amendment 0002 attachment is to provide Agency responses to additional vendor questions.
