The first Task Order that was released will be used for informational purposes only, so the winning vendor will have the opportunity to have information and response at a later date for this BPA and associated Orders. NO PRICING IS REQUIRED FOR PRICE EVALUATION AT THIS TIME. Original evaluation criteria and associated supporting information shown in the solicitation is still required. RFQ Original Language The Bureau of the Fiscal Service (FS) on behalf of the AFRH is hereby soliciting the subject requirement. This RFQ will establish a single or multiple BPA and subsequent BPA Orders. This solicitation is being set aside 100% for small business entities. The Product Service Code (PSC) is: C220 - Architectural and Engineering – General: Structural Engineering and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is: 541310 – Building Architectural Design Services Please review the enclosures and provide your quote via email to sara.camacho@fiscal.treasruy.gov and purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov by not later than 2:00 p.m. EST on Monday, February 24, 2020. Please include "ATTN: SRC/PW 20342320Q00004 RFQ for Architectural and Engineering Services for the AFRH” in the subject line. Contractors shall submit their technical proposal separately from their pricing. The submission should be two separate files and may be attached to the same email. Additionally, the past performance questionnaires should come from the completing references separately before the RFQ deadline.
