The Question & Answer Period has closed, and all proposals are due 10:00 a.m. Thursday 04/04/2024. Vendor Questions: What is the address of the facility where the parking spaces will be located? USADF is at 1400 I ST NW, Washington, DC 20005. Parking spaces must be within that block- practically within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. Is this a brand-new requirement? No Who is the incumbent? Imperial Parking, LLC What is the previous contract number? We are unable to provide previous contract number, only the incumbent name, and total contract value. Previous contract was awarded to Imperial Parking in the amount of $28,903.68. Will there be a number of days beyond five (5) consecutive days without movement that will be needed? No After five (5) consecutive days, they are saying cars will be towed if prior permission is not granted. In order to avoid potential issues, they want to be clear on how to proceed as the price may change for whatever reason they deem necessary. Prior to towing- efforts must be made to contact and reach the COR or ACOR. 03/29/2024 SUBJECT: United States African Development Foundation (USADF) Four Parking Spots in Washington, DC Dear Offeror, The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the United States African Development Foundation (USADF) is seeking establishment of a Purchase Order (PO) for four (4) Parking Spots located in Washington, DC as described in the following solicitation Request for Proposal (RFP): 20341924R00004. The Government anticipates awarding a Purchase Order (PO) award. The PO will include one (1) twelve-month Base Period, with four (4) twelve-month Option Periods The anticipated Period of Performance (PoP) of 04/08/2024 – 04/07/2029. It is anticipated that the Purchase Orders issued will be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP). The Statement of Work (SOW) describes the required tasks for this solicitation. This document outlines the required documents for submission as well as outlines the evaluation process. This is an unrestricted requirement utilizing NAICS code 812930 Parking Lots and Garages. In addition to the proposals for all requirements, all information required in the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your proposals.
