The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the United States African Development Foundation (USADF), is seeking applications from qualified Zambian citizens living in Zambia to provide services as a Country Program Coordinator (CPC) in Lusaka, Zambia under a Personal Services Contract (PSC), as described in the following solicitation: RFP-20341924R00001. This document describes the job of the Zambia CPC. Please read it carefully. This contract will be awarded for one (1) 12-month Base Period and four (4) 12-month Option Periods in accordance with the following Statement of Work (SOW) and Contract Terms and Conditions. Option Periods are not guaranteed and will be exercised at the discretion of USADF based on the CPC's performance. Questions shall be due: on or before 10:00am EST (4:00pm Zambia time) Tuesday October 10, 2023 Proposals shall be due: on or before 12:00pm EST (6:00pm Zambia time) Tuesday October 17, 2023
