This solicitation is a 100% set aside for 8a Small Businesses, utilizing NAICS 541611. The first order/call of the BPA is for the Off-Grid Energy Officer and will be placed at the time of award. The Period of Performance is anticipated to be 02/01/2024 – 01/31/2027, inclusive of one (1) 12-month base and two (2) 12-month option periods.
