Amendment 0001-Q&A The Bureau of the Fiscal Service Procurement, on behalf of Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), is issuing this amendment to the solicitation for the purpose of providing an updated salient characteristics document & provide a Q&A document. All other aspects of the solicitation remain unchanged. Fiscal Service Procurement on behalf of the Alcohol and Tobacco Trade and Tax Bureau (TTB) has a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the purchase of a Nitrogen Generator. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside under NAICS 334516. Award will be made to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable quote. Technical acceptability will be determined by comparing quotations with the requirements of this solicitation. To be considered technically acceptable, all quotes must include features and specifications attached. An all-inclusive firm-fixed price award will be made to the contractor whose quote represents the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. Additional discounts are requested.
