SEE ATTACHMENTS FOR COMPLETE RFQ SPECIFICATIONS/CLAUSES Fiscal Service Procurement on behalf of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) has a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the purchase of Alcohol Beverage Sampling Program in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement is anticipating a Period of Performance of 60 months, inclusive of a base year and four (4) option years of 12 month each. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a SAM.Gov Unrestricted solicitation under NAICS 541910. Award will be made to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable quote. Technical acceptability will be determined by comparing quotations with the requirements of this solicitation. An all?inclusive firm-fixed price award will be made to the contractor whose quote represents the lowest priced quote. The Government intends to make one award from responses received. A1: Yes, assuming the license fee includes updates and support. __________________________________________________________________________ Amendment 0002 The purpose of this amendment is to address the following questions: Q2: Is the proposed fully paid-up, non-transferable/non-sublicensable perpetual license still acceptable given that the licensed data is statis and does not require updated or support? A2: TTB needs data as specified in the PWS, delivered once each year. Said data would not be updated after delivery, assuming it meets the requirements/scope of the required data. Once we receive the data, it will be used for sampling and further work by TTB. Q3: could you please confirm whether the contractor is required to source and ship physical beverage samples, or if the focus is solely on providing the comprehensive data list as described in the PWS?
