The Fiscal Service Procurement on behalf of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) has a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Purchase of Brand Name or Equal: Ultra-High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometry (UHPLC-MS) and trade-in of existing equipment Waters Xevo TQ-S System, Product #176850029 Pricing shall include trade-in of existing equipment, installation, training & shipping. A firm fixed priced award will be made to the Contractor whose offer represents the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote. It is the Government's intent to evaluate the lowest priced offeror first. If the offer is determined to be technically acceptable all other offers will not be evaluated. If the lowest priced offeror is determined to not be technically acceptable, the next lowest priced offeror will be evaluated and so forth. This is a 100% Small Business set a-side. The Government intends to make one award from responses received.
