This is a Request for Information (RFI) notice issued by the United States Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of Fiscal Service's Office of Information and Security Services (ISS). The purpose of this notice is to obtain industry information and identify potential sources that are both capable of, and interested in, providing commerical-off-the-shelf (COTS) Microsoft Teams rooms technology updates as described herein. This information is being sought for acquisition planning purposes only. ISS is seeking to identify vendors who can provide commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products and services for upgrades to Fiscal Service’s Microsoft Teams rooms in Fiscal Service’s Third Street and Avery Street facilities in Parkersburg, West Virginia, inclusive of the following: 1. A technology review and documentation of Fiscal Service’s current Microsoft Teams rooms environment 2. Recommendations for room upgrades that will bring the rooms to the current state of technology and allow for future technology upgrades 3. Products, installation, and testing of the upgrades 4. Training on the upgraded technology for appropriate Fiscal Service personnel Interested vendors shall be able to provide all of the products and services as described in Appendix A of this RFI. Vendors shall submit responses to this notice by e-mail to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov no later than 4:00pm Thursday, November 28th, 2024. Responses shall reference “RFI-ISS-25-015, ATTN: ARICHARDSON/DVASS” in the subject line of the e-mail message.
