The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of their Disbursing and Debt Management Services (DDM) Division is issuing this solicitation as a total Small Business Set-aside for a contractor to provide a Management Consultant on an “as-needed/part-time” basis for a total period of performance of 36-months consisting of a 12-month base period and two (2) additional twelve (12) month option periods in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) contained herein.
