The contract shall be f... The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), intends to renew an annual sole sourced on-line subscription with Tax Analysts, 400 S. Maple Avenue, Suite 400, Falls Church, VA 22046-3537. The contract shall be for twelve (12) consecutive months in length. The period of performance shall be: 09/01/2021 through 08/31/2022. The subscription shall be utilized as a research platform for the office of Taxpayers Advocate Service (TAS) for users in the National Taxpayer Advocate and headquarters offices. This subscription provides web-based platform for the Program employees to have access to nonpartisan federal, state, and international tax news, plus expert commentary, and in-depth analysis. This subscription shall provide on-line research platform which includes research history prior to 1990, or earlier. The on-line research shall include a research platform with full text searchable capability. Research shall include or reproduce charts, graphical features, figures/exhibits, and mathematical equations which aide the user in understanding the content. Direct on-line access to the Tax Directory (WEB), Tax Notes Today, Tax Note Magazine, State Tax Today, State Tax Notes, Worldwide Tax Daily and Tax Notes International data. Contents shall be divided into practices areas of federal, state, and international and operate in a similar manner, but customizable. Ability to browse current and archival content.
