A draft solicitiation was posted on Friday, July 30, 2021. IRS held a listening session on Wednesday, August 11, 2021. IRS is issuing the final RFP/solicitation today, Friday August 13, 2021. Proposals are due promptly on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at 09:00AM EDT. No late submissions shall be accepted.
