The NACIS Code should be 541611 (Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services instead of NACIS 541511. This Sources Sought is due June 13, 2024 @ 1:00 P.M. EST The Department of Treasury/Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has a requirement that is looking to secure a contractor that can provide financial management support services, acquisition support services, and SharePoint support services. The mission of Data Management Division (DMD) of the IRS Research, Applied Analytics, and Statistics (RAAS) has identified a need for text analytics functionality to inform planning and response to filing season related trends, understand nuances about terminology, and inter-relate ways in which taxpayers engages with the IRS’ service channels. For information purposes, the services described shall be in accordance with the Department of Treasury/Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Performance Work Statement entitled, Cx Analytics Research Applied Analytics and Statistics (RAAS) Emerging Customer Service Analytics Techniques. The Request for Information (RFI) will be available on May 31, 2024 and will be distributed solely through the GSA MAS Schedule (Professional Services –under NAICS 541511 – Custom Computer Programming Services. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through kelvin.bogan@irs.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring that site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The closing date of the RFI will be on June 13, 2024 at 1:00 PM ET. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement and complete the questions that are within the attachment all of which will be considered by this agency. No telephone requests, written requests, or questions for/about this RFI will be accepted outside of the acquisition site for which it is posted.
