Also, the due date for this Sources Sought Notice is changed from June 07, 2024, to the new due date of June 12, 2024 @ 1:00 P.M., EST. *This Sources Sought was posted on GSA OASIS - SB, Pool 1 (Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services –under NAICS 541690* The Department of Treasury/Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has a requirement that is looking to secure a contractor that can provide financial management support services, acquisition support services, and SharePoint support services. The mission of the Statistics of Income (SOI) Division is to collect, analyze, and disseminate information on federal taxation for the Office of Tax Analysis, Congressional Committees, the Internal Revenue Service in its administration of the tax laws, other organizations engaged in economic and financial analysis, and for the general-public. The data are derived from Federal tax forms for economic and financial research, development of Federal tax policy, and revenue estimation. Statistics of Income is divided into four branches: Individual & Tax-Exempt, Corporations, Partnerships, & International, Information Management & Dissemination and Statistical Services. For information purposes, the services described shall be in accordance with the Department of Treasury/Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Performance Work Statement entitled, Statistics of Income (SOI) Division, Methodology and Disclosure Avoidance Consulting Services. The Request for Information (RFI) will be available on May 29, 2024, and will be distributed solely through the GSA OASIS - SB Pool 1 IDIQ (Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services –under NAICS 541690). All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through kelvin.bogan@irs.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring that site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date of the RFI will be on (June 12, 2024). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement and complete the questions that are within the attachment all of which will be considered by this agency. No telephone requests, written requests, or questions for/about this RFI will be accepted outside of the acquisition site for which it is posted.
