The IRS Counsel Library (hereafter Library) seeks to purchase print (not electronic) copies of the following: Internal Revenue Federal Tax Code (annotated and updated through tax laws enacted in 2021 ISBN 0006301871608) and Internal Revenue Federal Tax Regulations (annotated, most current edition, Winter 2021/2022 is earliest edition acceptable. If no responses are received, an award shall be made to Lexis Nexis.
