The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Enterprise Services (ES) is seeking to obtain a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) code-free tool that will support automation testing across: Mainframe - Unisys application; Mainframe – IBM application; Web applications; database applications; Application Programming Interfaces (API); Web services and other applications. The tool should be able to integrate seamlessly with Rational tools, DevOps CICD Pipeline and other test tools.
