The Taxpayer Advocate Service (TAS) has approximately 1,600 employees dispersed across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Due to recent events, including the pandemic, the 2019 government lapse in appropriations, major changes to tax law, and others, TAS’s workload has significantly increased and is expected to remain at elevated levels for the foreseeable future. Contractor shall assist in implementing all aspects of the TAS recruitment strategy and hiring plan. This is to include, but is not limited to, statistical/data analytics reports, targeted hiring/recruiting strategies, and the best methods for achieving the recruiting and hiring goals, which may change on a regular basis.
