The Government has intent to solicit for Dashboard and Digital services to GSA Schedule holders capable of performing the need. This will be solicited as a total small business set aside. The intent of this RFI is to find small businesses on the GSA capable of supplying the need and to seek information to the following questions. 1.How have you in the past 5 years successfully maximized incumbent capture to retain the current knowledge base? What challenges did you face and how did you overcome them? 2.Have you ever created data connections, workflows and dashboards in any previous federal agencies? If so, how many systems did you have to integrate? What types of systems were these? Discuss 1-2 examples to demonstrate your experience and the methodology used to complete work at previous federal agencies. 3.How have you integrated Tableau in the past 3 years? If so, what challenges did you face? How did you overcome those challenges and who from your proposed team was involved? How have you integrated multiple data sets from various sources into Tableau? If so, please explain how. 4.How have you integrated SharePoint 2013 (on premise) in the past 3 years? If so, what challenges did you face? How did you overcome those challenges and who from your proposed team was involved? 5.How have you integrated NINTEX workflows and forms into SharePoint 2013 (On premise) in the past 3 years? If so, what challenges did you face? How did you overcome those challenges and who from your proposed team was involved? 6.How did you use JavaScript to overcome challenges with NINTEX forms? NINTEX workflows?How have you overcome the 6000-line SharePoint List limitation? How have you converted InfoPath forms to NINTEX forms? 7.How have you integrated Informatica in the past 3 years? If so, what challenges did you face?How did you overcome those challenges and who from your proposed team was involved? How have you used AJAX with Informatica to pull and push data to/from SharePoint 2013 (on premise) lists? 8.Have you created customer joins in Informatica in the past 3 years? f so, what challenges did you face?How did you overcome those challenges and who from your proposed team was involved? 9.Have you migrated on-premise to cloud for Microsoft to Office 365 to include SharePoint 2013 on-premise to SharePoint cloud, in the past 3 years? f so, what challenges did you face?How did you overcome those challenges and who from your proposed team was involved? 10.Have you migrated workflows from NINTEX on-premise to NINTEX cloud, in the past 3 years?If so, what challenges did you face?
