PLEASE NOTE: THIS RFI IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL It is a market research tool being used to determine potential and eligible business firms that are capable of providing the services described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Proposal. The information received does not constitute a solicitation. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Any contract that might be awarded based on information received or derived from this market research will be the outcome of a competitive process. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain market knowledge. Project Requirements The requirements for participation in this market research are: Vendor that will provide service to all Taxpayer Assistance Centers nationwide. Vendor that have the flexibility to provide service to Taxpayer Assistance Centers after 2:00 pm local time for regular picks Vendor that have the flexibility to provide service to Taxpayer Assistance Centers after 3pm for special pick - ups. Vendor that will deliver deposits to a brick and mortar bank location and not to vault Vendor that service the following brick and mortar banks: Wells Fargo, Bank of America, US Bank and JP Morgan Chase.
