The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a sole sourced contract with Thomson Reuters (Tax & Accounting) Inc, 2395 Midway Road, Carrollton, TX, 75006-2521. This is a synopsis/solicitation for purchase to support Bulk Ordering of the Federal Tax Regulations Books for New Hires. This is for the purchase of 763 copies of the Federal Tax Regulations. The Federal Tax Regulations shall be an eight-volume desk set and the publisher shall ship these directly to the addresses provided without incurring additional costs. The Federal Tax Regulations should contain all final, temporary, and proposed Treasury Regulations in a comprehensive eight volume desk set. Speed research with two compressive topic indexes and get a complete picture on Federal Tax Regulatory topics since Proposed and Final Regulations under the same Code Section are published together. Editorially added cautions provide key information about special rules and effective dates needed to properly apply the Regulation. Method and Source of Product Acceptance: All deliverables shall be accepted onsite by the named recipients per shipping addresses to be provided at time of award.
