United States Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is posting the DRAFT Infrastructure Operations Support Services (IOSS) Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the Internal Revenue Service, The U.S. Department of Treasury’s Associate Chief Information Officer (ACIO) requires IT support and services to be provided to the Departmental Offices (DO) Infrastructure Operations for technical comments, feedback, or questions. This purpose of this acquisition is IOSS provides support and maintenance of the Distributed Computing Environment (DCE) including workstation hardware and software, the LAN file, print, email, and other office applications and database servers, storage solutions, and related computing platforms. Also included are mobile computing requirements for travel support and remote access solutions, Splunk Support, Security Assessment and Authorization (SA&A) Support, Treasury Secure Data Network (TSDN) Support, and Treasury Voice (TEV) Support. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for the requirement. The Government is seeking to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of qualified vendors and various members of the Small Business Community to include Section 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business ones (HUB-Zone), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes technical data and cost information, sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrated the capability to meet the requirement. All capability statement received by the due date of this notice will be considered by the Government. The Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is provided for information and planning purposes only and shall not be considered as a solicitation or as an obligation. No award will be made as a result of this posting of the Draft PWS. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this source sought notice. The Government will not pay for information and materials received in response to this Draft PWS. All responses to this request become the property of the Government and will not be returned to the submitter. A description of the company's capabilities to meet this requirement and any pertinent information which demonstrates its ability and timeframe of latest experience.
