The purpose of this Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity is to obtain approval to award a firm fixed price/labor hour contract with Accenture Federal Services for the IRS DDS Customer Accounting Data Engine (CADE2) Program. This is being issued against their Alliant 2 contract. As they are the incumbent and this requirement is currently being re-competed via RFQ 8106, which is tentatively scheduled to be awarded on March 1, 2021.
