The U.S. Government desires to procure the IRWORKS Operation and Maintenance Support on a small business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought synopsis with information sufficient to support a set-aside. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. We encourage all small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women- Owned Small Business concerns), to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price. Responses to this Sources Sought from Large Businesses are not required at this time.

The IRS Information Technology Operations Command Center Division (ITOCC) IRWorks Program Management Office (PMO) has a requirement to provide the services outlined in this PWS to the IRS Information ... The IRS Information Technology Operations Command Center Division (ITOCC) IRWorks Program Management Office (PMO) has a requirement to provide the services outlined in this PWS to the IRS Information Technology Operations Command Center Division (ITOCC) IRWorks Program Management Office (PMO). Services shall include providing operations and maintenance (O&M) support for legacy applications until those applications are migrated to their new environment, including any possible upgrades and O&M for the current Service Now application. In addition, services shall include project management and technical support for the promotion of developed solutions by the IRS or 3rd party entities. RFP 2032H5-25-R-00020 will be available on or about early August and will be distributed solely through GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) at a total small business set-aside. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through www.gsa.ebuy.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring that site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date of 2032H5-25-R-00020 will be on or about the end of August. No telephone requests, written requests, or questions for/about this solicitation will be accepted outside of GSA eBuy site.
