Contractor technical support services and subject matter expertise to design, configure, customize, develop, integrate, implement, and support the project in enhancements, upgrade, migrate, maintain, and sustain day-to-day O&M, project management, software development, and developmental O&M works for the Enterprise Notices Digital project in Correspondence Composition System (CCS) which leverages Opentext Exstream software to produce the Notices, Letters and Forms for end user taxpayers. Additionally, PostrgreSQL is used by OT for underlying metadata and data received from calling applications. The notices use the object buckets in Enterprise Container Platform (ECP), similar to AWS S3 services. The solution will be in IRS/treasury cloud utilizing several AWS services. The project will be developed and maintained on IRS/Treasury Cloud environments and/or on premises.
