Information gathered will be considered in order to determine the feasibility of a small business providing the necessary support, whether adequate competition exists to set-aside the competition for small business, and the most appropriate contract vehicle. Large businesses are not precluded from responding to this SOURCES SOUGHT. The information requested will be used within the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the IRS.
