The contractor must provide new equipment, accessories, consumables, calibration materials, installation support, documentation, warranties, and the listed Idexx, Hach, Uline, and related laboratory items. Award will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order made to the responsible quoter using lowest price technically acceptable criteria, with an anticipated award date of 25 September or sooner. Delivery is required FOB Destination within 30/60/90 days ARO as requested by the COR after award, and no more than 90 days ARO, with deliveries coordinated in advance with the COR. Quotes must be submitted electronically and include a PDF quote for all items, complete pricing, company name and UEID, authorized point of contact, quote expiration date, and acknowledgement of active SAM registration.
