The Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO), Treasury Acquisitions, Departmental Offices Branch intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to obtain Postage Machine and Certified Mail Software in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted via email to Adam Walsh (Adam.n.walsh@irs.gov). Questions must be submitted not later than 5:00PM (EDT) Friday, July 25, 2025. Responses to questions submitted, if/as appropriate, will be responded to via an amendment to the RFP only, which will be distributed via email.
