AMENDMENT 00003: The question period for below Combined Synopsis/Solicitation closed on November 26, 2024, and no further questions will be accepted. The following questions were received and the government’s response is provided under this Amendment, as follows: Q1 Subscription Type: Could you confirm whether the subscription type specified is All Access Digital or Premium Digital? Government’s Response: The government requires an enterprise subscription, and it is the customer’s understanding that all access/premium digital are only used for individual subscriptions. Q2 User Onboarding and Support: By January 15, 2025, will all 500 users be expected to sign in independently using their Washington Post credentials, or will there be a need for training and support in this area from the contractor? Government’s Response: No training or support will be needed from the vendor as we will handle onboarding using the online user management portal (this specific component of the requirement is captured under the tasks section of the SOW). Q3 Closing Date for Offer: May the response time for offers be extended for an additional 20 days? Government’s Response: The closing date for response has been changed from “November 29, 2024” to “December 19, 2024.” See Attachment 1, Para 6.2.2 for revisions to the date/time resulting from this Amendment 00003. Other than noted above, no additional changes were made to the combined synopsis/solicitation notice nor its’ attachments resulting from this Amendment, questions received, and the government’s response. Additionally, vendors are reminded (See Para D of this notice), this requirement is for an online news source to the Washington Post. Therefore, vendors will be required to submit as part of its' response confirmation of its’ status as an authorized reseller, partner, joint-venture, or teaming arrangement of WP Company LLC. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format described in Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The government intends to procure this requirement as a sole source in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). A notice of contract award will be posted at a later date in accordance with FAR Part 5.2. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a response will be requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separately from this notice. a. Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point. The anticipated date of award for this requirement is January 15, 2025, and will include four, one-year options. In addition, FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services will be a part of the evaluation and award decision. Services shall be provided online as described in the Statement of Work (SOW)(see Attachment 1 Terms and Conditions for SOW), and FOB is destination. f.
