The IRS requires an enterprise platform to accelerate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities within the IRS customer service and taxpayer domains and to modernize key internal business operations workflows. The Salesforce Public Sector Advanced Foundation Bundle has been identified as the solution that will need to be established and integrated within the IRS in an enterprise compliant and scalable manner. The Salesforce Platform will need to be developed and configured for prioritized IRS use cases as well as scale to future use cases and business needs. The Contractor shall create a Shared Services team to focus on 1) providing functional and technical oversight to all Blueprinting and Build Teams and 2) executing Release Management and Change Management activities across business units.
