The Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Procurement Office of Business Solutions Acquisitions, Treasury Operations Branch (TOB) is issuing this RFP on behalf of the Department of the Treasury, Office of General Counsel to solicit legal support services as described further in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) provided as part of this notice.
