QUESTIONS AND RESPONSES ARE HEREBY INCORPORATED INTO THIS SOLICITATION, MAY 11, 2023 SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 01 IS HEREBY PUBLISHED TO THIS SOLICITATION. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation to provide Subscription Management Services and an expansive catalog of available database, online, print, and serial subscription titles. This contract would support subscription needs for over thirty Treasury Departmental Offices, and potentially hundreds of subscription titles, both already ordered and new. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please refer to the Request for Proposal (RFP) 2032H323R00014 attached to this notice for requirement details and proposal instructions.
