This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a separate written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued under the authority of FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation is a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04 effective June 02, 2023. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541612 Actuarial Services with a small business size standard of $29 M. This acquisition is being procured as a Women Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The Contractor shall provide Actuarial Services for the Department of the Treasury (Treasury), Office of D.C. Pensions (ODCP) in accordance with the PWS. The Government intends to issue a single award Firm Fixed Price BPA. The Government intends to select one (1) contractor in this solicitation. The period of performance for this BPA will be 12-months for the base period and two 12-month option periods.
