Amendment answers questions and updates Attachment J.01. The Department of the Treasury requires contractor support for the receipt, possession, custody, management, and disposition of seized, blocked, or forfeited residential, commercial, and vacant real estate property. Property may be located in any state, the District of Columbia, or territory of the United States. This requirement will be solicited by the procedures established in FAR Part 15 as a full and open competition. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered in the System for Acquisition Management. SEE SOLICITATION NOTICE 2032H322R00007 FOR THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. - posted 07/15/22 This synopsis is a pre-solicitation notice only. The Department of the Treasury intends to issue the solicitation on or close to 07/15/2022. The solicitation will be available for interested parties to download from SAM. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and any subsequent amendments. The Department of the Treasury requires contractor support for the receipt, possession, custody, management, and disposition of seized, blocked, or forfeited residential, commercial, and vacant real estate property. Property may be located in any state, the District of Columbia, or territory of the United States. This requirement will be solicited by the procedures established in FAR Part 15 as a full and open competition.
