See SF30 Amendment 0001 and Attachments 10-13 which are incorporated as a result of this Amendment. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The purpose of this announcement is to issue a commercial solicitation for Department of Treasury’s Food Services in the Vault Café located in Washington, D. C. This solicitation is unrestricted and subject to the Randolph Sheppard Act. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 722310, with a Small Business Size Standard of $41.5M. Award of a Base Year contract, with four, one-year Options is anticipated to satisfy this requirement. Contractor tasks are described in the solicitation, which includes the Performance Work Statement. A DRAFT pre-solicitation notice was previously posted to beta-SAM on February 11th, 2021 with a closing date of February 25, 2021 for questions only. Offers/proposals were not requested, nor accepted during that period. Based upon questions received from interested offerors, any required changes/revisions/corrections have been incorporated under this solicitation notice. Per the solicitation, the government is allowing additional time for written questions, which may be submitted to the Contracting Officer. Oral (telephonic) questions will not be accepted. The closing date for questions and receipt of proposals is provided in the solicitation instructions. NOTE: Due to a beta-SAM issue, the time zone is incorrectly stated and should read EASTERN TIME. Interested Offerors’ shall comply with the terms and conditions of this solicitation in order to be considered for a contract award.
