The Department of The Treasury, Departmental Offices has a requirement for the contractor to furnish material, labor, supplies, equipment, and supervision for renovation and reconfiguration of room 1432 in the Main Treasury Building as specified within the Statement of Work and associated documents. The contractor shall use the enclosed US Department of Labor Wage Determination: General Decision No. DC20200002; dated 08/28/2020. Contractor shall complete the attached pricing schedule. All cost for work not specifically mentioned in the pricing schedule (daily clean up, work site preparation, etc.) shall be included in the quoted lump sum on the pricing schedule. In accordance with FAR 36.204 -- Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the magnitude of construction for all projects is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
