This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 2032H320Q00062 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-08. Set-Aside and NAICS Code: This acquisition is Unrestricted and open to all sources. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 518210, Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services Description of Requirement and Items: Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the Treasury Office of Intelligence and Analysis (OIA) require direct access to the business intelligence that will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of their mission to administer and enforce economic and trade sanctions based on U.S. foreign policy and national security goals against targeted foreign countries and regimes, terrorists, international narcotics traffickers, those engaged in activities related to the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, and other threats to the national security, foreign policy or economy of the U.S. OFAC and OIA require access to global customs, trade, shipping, and cargo data to provide insight into global trade trends and identify specific instances of, and actors involved in, potential illicit trade.
