Note: RFQ2032H320Q00018 Newspaper Subscription BPA v1 attachment is accessible without permission required. It is the duplicate of RFQ2032H320Q00018 Newspaper Subscription BPA which requires access permission. The contractor shall provide delivery of print newspapers and/or magazines each weekday morning, excluding federal holidays and on designated Saturdays. Delivery of newspapers/magazines published on the weekend will occur on Monday, or the next business day if Monday is a federal holiday. If the federal government is closed, delivery will occur on the next business day the federal government is open. The contractor shall provide the specified number of print copies for each instance the periodical is published. The newspapers/magazines will be delivered to the locations specified on the Award orders. The newspapers will be delivered by 7:00am, and the person making the delivery will contact the Treasury Mail Room via cellphone, and then wait with the newspapers until they are inspected by the U.S. Secret Service and picked up by a representative from the U.S. Department of Treasury Mail Room.
