The Bureau of Engraving and Printing requires a commercially available online global patent database subscription providing access to U.S. and international patent information with search, research, analytics, and visualization capabilities. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract consisting of a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, for a potential total performance period of up to five years.
