This announcement constitutes a Notice of Intent. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) District Currency Facility (DCF) intends to award a non-personal services contract to provide maintenance services, emergency repair services, and replacement parts and consumables for the Kaeser air compressor. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. This award will be issued under the brand name sole source authority (FAR 13.106-1(b)) to Kaeser Compressors Inc. as they are the original equipment manufacturers. Issue date of the solicitation is 19 November 2025. Response date for receipt of quote/start of negotiations is 10 December 2025 and may be subject to change.
