The Treasury Common Services Center, on behalf of the Office of Supply Chain Management, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Industrial Knife Inc. for BEP spare parts: carbide upper blades/knives for the “W” and “X” cutting units on LEPE and NS-LEPE equipment. The award is expected under FAR 13.106-1(b) as a single-source commercial-products acquisition, with competition solely at the Government’s discretion. Information received will be used only to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement, and any response costs are the respondent’s responsibility.
