The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), Office of Supply Chain Management, through the Treasury Common Services Center, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Koenig & Bauer Banknote Solutions SA for a BEP spare part: Module Complete for the Duct/Prewipe Pt. #18660601G used on the Intaglio I-10 press thermoregulation part. The award is intended under FAR 13.106-1(b) using RFO FAR Part 12 commercial product procedures, and the decision not to compete is solely within the Government’s discretion. Information received will be considered solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any costs incurred in responding are the respondent’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed.
