This is a sources sought notice for a design-build project to demolish and replace three existing cooling towers (two Evapco and one BAC) along with associated structural, mechanical, electrical, piping, SCADA, and control system components. The contractor must ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards, provide as-built drawings (accepted before construction starts) and all necessary submittals, and submit commissioning, demolition, and disposal reports. Qualified HVAC/mechanical contractors with demonstrated experience in large-scale condenser water system installations and SCADA integration are sought.
