Revise Section M-Evaluation The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), Office of Technology Development’s (OTD’s), Research Analysis Division (RAD) located at the District Currency Facility (DCF) has a requirement for a Contact Angle Goniometer. The Contact Angle Goniometer calculates the surface energy of substrates by measuring liquid droplet contact angles on surfaces. Results from the measurements will be used to support banknote production aiming to reduce ink set-off and spoilage.
