The incumbent information is as follows: Company: Certified Folder Display Service, Inc., 1120 Joshua Way, Vista, CA 92081 BEP Contract Number: 2031ZA19C00174 The Bureau of Engraving & Printing (BEP), Western Currency Facility (WCF) Contracting Branch, Services Division is issuing this combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the acquisition of Distribution Services of the WCF Tour and Visitor Center (TVC) Brochures throughout the Dallas and Fort Worth, TX metro area. This requirement is a 100% total set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS 541870, Advertising Material Distribution Services with a small business size standard of $28.5 million. The services in this solicitation are best represented by PSC Code R708, Support – Management: Public Relations. Please note: In order to be eligible for award, the business must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.SAM.gov. Please verify that both your Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), DUNS #, Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM). This acquisition will be awarded as a firm fixed price, services contract for the procurement of services to distribute and display BEP WCF Tour Brochures for the WCF Visitor Center in Fort Worth, TX. The brochures are required to be distributed and displayed in high-traffic, tourist-oriented locations including hotels, motels, car rental offices, visitor center locations, airports, chambers of commerce, restaurants, etc. in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area, located within an estimated 70-mile radius of the BEP Tour and Visitor Center. This acquisition includes a Base Year plus Four Option Periods (Year = 12 month period), not to exceed a period of performance of 5 years. The anticipated Period of Performance (inclusive of options) is May 22, 2024 through May 21, 2029. Offerors are strogly encouraged to review the attached Request for Proposals (RFP) and associated documents thoroughly and in entirety, as criteria stated in the solicitation shall govern. Please note that Service Contract Labor Standards (FAR 52.222-41) and Fair Labor Standards Act (FAR 52.222-43) clauses apply to this acuisition; therefore, the latest Wage Determination has been attached.
