The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), Office of Quality Operations (OQO) has a need for a new Fiber Quality Analyzer (also referred to as instrument, equipment, or system within the text of this RFQ). The BEP, OQO seeks to add to its existing capabilites with a new Fiber Quality Analyzer that meets or exceeds the specified requirements. The Fiber Quality Analyzer will be used to analyze fiber properties.
