The objectives of this agreement are to provide BEP-WCF personnel with comfortable quality safety footwear. There is a need for a contractor to make a variety of shoes and boots available for fitting and selection by BEP-WCF employees at all store locations as well as providing a shoe truck/trailer every other month (odd months) to the site. The Government anticipates this solicitation will result in Firm Fixed Price multiple BPA awards. The estimated volumes are included in the chart below. This procurement is being competed as a full and open competition utilizing North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 316210, Footwear Manufacturing with the size standards of 1,000 employees. . The Master BPA does not obligate any funds. The government shall be obligated only to the extent of authorized orders utilized via a properly executed BPA Call. Actual purchases will be made via properly executed BPA Calls. All BPA Calls will be initiated at the time of the ordering period by a warranted Contracting Officer or a BPA Ordering Authorized Individual. Only a warranted. Contracting Officer is authorized to initiate and complete a BPA delivery order. The Master BPA's will expire in five (5) years from date of award or total purchases reaching the BPA limit, (whichever occurs first). The contractor shall provide employees with professional consultation on the type and proper fit of safety footwear applicable while they try on, select, and procure footwear.
