The BEP’s Office of Quality Operations’ Paper Lab has a requirement for the preventive maintenance, calibration, inspection and repairs of its Test/Plus TAPPI Brightness and Opacity Instruments annually. Under the proposed contract the Contractor shall provide all management, personnel, facilities, materials, supervision, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, transportation, supervision and any other items and services necessary to perform the required services for the BEP’s Test/Plus TAPPI Brightness and Opacity Instruments.
